Domande di una vita (…di una danza):
posso danzare senza esaurirmi, rigenerandomi?
come modulare il tono e il peso nel dialogo con un altro corpo in contatto?
Come aderire ad un altro corpo ed essere leggero nella caduta e preciso nella direzione del peso e del movimento?
I cammini a transitare:
Svuotare il passo e lasciarsi attraversare per le linee di forza del peso, della immaginazione, della percezione.
Permettere che la gravità si manifesti nei suoi due sensi opposti e che il suo ritorno ci attraversi aprendo degli spazi tra gli organi, tra i liquidi, sostenendo il movimento dall’espansione delle ossa: progettando il cammino verso un volo interno e invisibile.
Immergersi in una ricerca di leggerezza e di peso nella simbiosi degli opposti:
la gravità aziona nei due sensi perché la fisica dei corpi in movimento si trasforma quando è abitata per l’immaginazione e la percezione.
Le porte, il corpo.
Pensare il corpo articolato per diverse porte che si aprono e si chiudono disegnando cammini chiari per il movimento e per il contatto.
Il dialogo con un altro, con lo spazio e con il tempo si dà per l’espansione e la “democratizzazione” del peso che attraversa ossa, direzioni, corpi, instanti.
Luca Carco Pacella
Biologo di formazione, si inizia a dedicare alle arti del movimento nel 1998.
Attualmente lavora alla piattaforma CabraCru Teatro Fisico, , https://cabracru.com/ , con la quale da seminari e realizza performance e spettacoli in Argentina, Bolivia, Perù, Brasile e Italia:
“Prisma Humana” e “Hibride” in Cordoba (2016), “Dominó” in Cordoba e “Caránido” in Santa Cruz de la Sierra e La Paz (2014).
Dentro di CabraCru integra il progetto Minimo Objeto con il quale mette in scena “Tierra Marcada” (2014) nel ruolo di assistente alla regia e realizzatore scenografico; e creando lo spettacolo di teatro in miniatura “Un día por la ventana” (2016).
Collabora con la compagnia Levelibular, http://www.levelibularcirco.com.ar/ , dal 2015 al giorno d’oggi come performer e scenografo.
Collabora dal 2008 al 2011 come attore e professore del gruppo Impacto Teatral , nel 2008 crea con il gruppo “El olvido de los cuerpos” spettacolo che segue in scena 10 anni.
Nel 2006 – 2007 lavora come performer per Lunaif in Italia.
Pratica Contact Improvisation dal 2007 con differenti maestri in Argentina, Germania, Brasile, Cile, Italia e Perù, tra i quali Andrew Harwood, Daniela Schwartz, Andrea Fernández, Ivan Baucia, Cristina Turdo, Gustavo Lecce, Gabriel Greca, Alessandro Rivellino e Paula Zacharías;
Studia Danza Butoh con Rhea Volij dal 2008, e assiste a workshop di Yumiko Yoshioka e Joelle Gruenberg;
Segue danzando Capoeira dal 2000 tra Italia, Argentina e Brasile.

Friday – 01

– from 10.00am to 1.00pm class
lunch
– from 15.00pm to 18.30pm class
– from 19:00 to 20:00 we can dance in the pool (5 euro contribution)
– after dinner Jam
Sunday 03
from 10.00am to 1.00pm class
from 14.30pm to 18.30pm class and Jam
dinner in the city (is not included in the price)
Monday 04
from 10.30 to 13.00 boodywork
The workshop takes place at Spazio Seme ( Via del Pantano, 36) in Arezzo – Tuscany (IT)
You can stay in Spazio Seme even for the night, with the sleeping bags. If there are some special needs (especially about food), let us know and we’ll try to manage at best!
Bring your swimsuit Saturday from 19:00 to 20:00 we can dance in the pool.
The workshop is 150 € for subscriptions before november 18 and 170 for subscriptions after.
Special price for people who come from abroad – 110 euro.
Accomodetion, vegetarian food and a lot of dance… included!

The invisible flight
Questions of one life (…of one dance):
Is it possible to dance without being exhausted?
How to measure the muscle tone and the weight in a contact dialogue with other
body?
How to adhere with other body and be light in the fall and precise in the
direction of the weight and of the movement?
Ways to travel:
Empty the step and let the lines of strength of the weight, imagination and perception
go through oneself.
Let the gravity show itself in its two opposite senses and that its return go through us
opening spaces between organs, liquids, sustainingmovement by the expansion of the
bones: projecting the way towards an inward and invisible flight.
Submerging oneself in a research of lightness and weightiness in the symbiosis of the
opposites;
The gravity acts into two directions because the physicality transforms itself when it’s
crossed by the imagination and the perception.
The doors, the body.
Think the body articulated by different doors, opening or closing , and drawing clear
paths for the movement and for the contact.
The dialogue with other person, with the space and with the time is given by the
expansion and “democratization” of the weight that crosses bones, senses, bodies,
instants.
Methodology:
Two days of dance, training, questions and possible ways to travel.

LUCA CARCO PACELLA
Biologist, start to explore the movement in 1998.
Actually work in the platform CabraCru Physical Theatre, www.cabracru.com , giving workshops and
playing performance and shows in Argentina, Chile, Bolivia, Brazil and Italia:
“Prisma Humana” and “Hibride” in Córdoba (Arg. 2016), “Dominó” in Córdoba, and “Caránido” en Santa
Cruz de La Sierra y La Paz (Bol. 2014).
Inside CabraCru integrate the project Mínimo Objeto, with which premiere the work ” Tierra Marcada”
(2014), in the role of assistant of the direction and production designer; and creating the work of
miniature theatre “Un día, por la ventana” (2016).
Integrate the company Levelibular, www.levelibular.com.ar , with which premiere :Supramundo” in
2016.
Collaborate from 2008 to 2011 in the role of actor and trainer of the group Impacto Teatral, and in
2008 premiere “El Olvido de los cuerpos”.
Work as performer for the dance-theatre company Lunaif, in Italy, between 2006-2007.
He is assistant of choreography in “Metal Liquido”, video dance realized by Dinah Schonaut.
Practices Contact Improvisation from 2007 with different dancers in Argentina, Germany, Brazil,
Chile, Italia y Peru, like Andrew Harwood, Daniela Schwartz, Andrea Fernandez, Ivan Baucia, Cristina
Turdo, Gustavo Lecce, Gabriel Greca and Paula Zacharias;
studies Butoh dance with Rhea Volij from 2008, and participate to intensive workshop with Yumiko
Yoshioka and Joelle Gruenberg;
Follow dancing Capoeira from 2000, knowing diverse groups in Italia, Brazil and Argentina.
He studied theatre with Paola Resurrección (Cía. Lunaif), Ana Alvarado (Cía. Periférico de Objetos),
Javier Swedsky (objects theatre), Omar Pacheco (theatre anthropology), Lorenzo Quinteros
(direction), TAANTeatro Cía., Pierrik Malebranche (Cía. Philippe Genty).
Actually as pedagogue, give classes of physical theatre, contact improvisation and hybrid body
(investigations about the fusion between body and object, body and) starting the independent
pedagogic activity in 2008.
